How the menus work
- Choose a region and a day. Each region page shows the 30 days as day cards with all six dishes.
- Set the portions. All recipes scale from 2 to 12 portions.
- Use the ingredient calculator. One combined ingredient list per day; it adapts to your portion count and can be copied.
To be honest
All menus are editorially compiled and not yet cooked by us. Quantities and cooking times are guidelines. Allergen notes are only a search hint and do not replace official labelling. Images on these pages are AI-generated serving examples.
